Try the ancient low-impact exercise of tai chi to improve your fitness and wellbeing. It is a series of gentle, controlled movements that bring a sense of peace and help you stay flexible. Join like-minded people in a happy, healthy, fun class environment suitable for both men and women of all ages. Wear comfortable clothing, flat shoes, and bring some water. Join the group on Tuesdays from 9.30am to 11 am and Fridays from 9.30am to 11am.
