Tai Chi Qigong Singleton Heights is a 10 week program for newcomers to tai chi or qigong over the age of 50. Tai chi is an ancient, traditional Chinese practice. It uses gentle breath-focused movements to improve balance, range of movement, and concentration. You will learn how to create and direct positive energy through the body and mind.
