Tai Chi Wagga Wagga is a gentle exercise class for beginners over the age of 50. Tai chi is an ancient, traditional Chinese practice. It uses gentle breath-focused movements. Classes will help to improve your balance, range of movement, and concentration. Classes operate on Thursdays at 10am at North Wagga Hall and Fridays at 9am at Collins Park, on a donation only basis. Newcomers are most welcome.
