Join your local 18-hole, 71 par country golf course for a hit of golf and a social catch up. Golf is a great way for older people to stay fit and active in the outdoors and the game can be taken at your own pace. The club day is every Saturday and new members and visitors are welcome, with coaching offered if you are new to the game. You can enjoy Ladies Open Days with a round of golf and lunch provided. Or play two-person Ambrose where you bring a partner or just go along and they will sort that for you. It’s a great way to meet other people in the area and you can enjoy afternoon tea or a drink at the bar after your game.
