Taree Great Lakes Physical Culture offers a gentle dance and exercise class every week during the school term. The class is for people aged 65 over looking for a fun way to improve fitness and self-confidence through dance and exercise. You will exercise whilst standing or on the floor if you prefer. No prior dancing experience is necessary and dance routines change from term to term. Classes suit all body types, fitness levels, and grades of gracefulness. Everyone is welcome in this inclusive, non-competitive class.
