Join the Women’s Aqua Class to get fit and healthy with other First Nations women in the area. Aqua classes are low-impact, easy on your joints, and give you a great full-body workout. It’s good for your heart and improves your strength. The group meets once a week for the aqua aerobics class, then sits over a cuppa tea and healthy snack for a yarn at the end of the class. Join them on Thursdays (during school terms) from 11.30am to 1pm.
