Claddagh offers support for older members of the Irish community in WA. Anyone over the age of 65 with Irish heritage is welcome to join the activities on offer. It’s a great way to keep connected to the Irish and to socialise. You can enjoy a calendar of annual events to keep active. Popular events include the annual January day trip to Mandurah, the St Patrick’s lunch with a band, and a Christmas gathering. You can get out and about to picnics, theatre afternoons, movies, and various day trips. You can also join the skills building activities. These include online training to raise your confidence using emails, apps, and video calling. This can increase your connection with friends and family around the world.
