Join a yoga practise every Thursday from 6.30pm to 8pm at the Uniting Church Hall. Yoga is a wonderful low-impact way to improve your strength and flexibility, whilst clearing and calming your mind. You just need to bring along your own mat, pillow, and blanket, and enjoy.
