Join group education sessions for First Nations People delivered by a variety of health professionals in a yarning style. You can then join a tailored exercise program in a supportive group setting. You can improve your confidence and your heart health. You will also increase your muscle strength and balance. This helps your movement in everyday tasks. It’s a great way to get fit and healthy and stay socially and culturally connected to other First Nations People in the region. The program is run in a range of centres in QLD.
