The Kanyiny Mooditj - Keeping Solid

Check the organiser's website for pricing information.

The Kanyiny Mooditj - Keeping Solid program is a walking group for First Nations People. It’s all about improving your heart health. The program is run in Bunbury through the South-West Aboriginal Medical Service and the Heart Foundation Walking program. Join the group on Mondays at Big Swamp Park (South Bunbury WA) from 10am to 11am. Or you can go on Thursdays at Eaton Foreshore (Eaton WA) from 10am to 11am. It’s a great way to keep fit and healthy and meet other First Nations People in the area. You just need to make sure you register first and bring a hat and some water.
