The Kindra State Forest - Walking and Bike Trails
Walking and Bike Trails of The Kindra State Forest are in 52 hectares of bushland. Try walking one of the trails with friends to enjoy some outdoor exercise and improve your heart health. The trails meander through the forest where you can enjoy local flora and fauna. There are over 100 different bird species in the forest and there are viewing areas, seating, picnic spots, and signage to guide walkers and riders. On the crest of the hill, there is a great view of the Travelling Stock Reserve Dam. It's a habitat for a wide variety of birdlife, including the endangered Superb Parrot, pelicans, swans, and ducks.
