The Little Bay Coast Centre for Seniors is a centre for people over the age of 55 who are not working full time. The centre offers activities for physical, mental, social, cultural, and artistic enrichment. You can learn new skills and make new friends. Age is no barrier to experiencing fun, adventure, and excitement. Classes on offer range from learning a language to improving your technology skills. You can learn to paint or draw or there's gentle exercise, dancing, playing games, or the ukulele. There's something for everyone to stay active and socialise.
