The Metropolitan Orchestra

Join a group of friendly, helpful, patient, and kind people who volunteer for the Metropolitan Orchestra. It’s a great way to stay active and involved if you love music and enjoy helping others. There is a wide range of jobs to do at each event. You could help with front-of-house duties, checking tickets at the door, or ushering the audience to their seats. Or you could help back-of-house with catering or setting up and packing down before and after events. If you prefer, you can assist with box office duties, letter box drops, getting posters out to the community, or general office help. It’s a wonderful way to give back to the arts and meet lots of like-minded people.
