Try yoga to improve your physical and mental health. It teaches you skills to manage your stress levels and quiet the mind. Yin yoga is a passive floor-based practice. The yoga poses are held for approximately 3-5 minutes at a time. It’s a gentle exercise with the support of props that will increase your flexibility and reduce tension. The studio is quiet with plenty of natural light and greenery and is close to public transport. It's a wonderful way to connect with others in your community in a welcoming environment.
