The RElax Program is a great way to develop new skills and meet new people. You can try new things and meet people from diverse backgrounds. You can look after your physical fitness, health, and wellbeing. There are Noongar Aboriginal specific cultural opportunities available. Keep fit and healthy with Zumba, Metafit (30-minute workout), yoga, and pilates. There’s also Aboriginal Basket Weaving for beginners. Or you can enjoy Creative Headpieces and Noongar storytelling with an Elder. If you’re musical or want to try something new, there’s samba drumming or UKE 123 - a three-week beginners’ ukulele course.
