The Young and the Rest of us is a program open to people over 65. It includes exercises for strength, heart fitness, balance, and mobility. Join the program on Mondays and Tuesdays at 9.30am, or Thursday at 10.15am, and Friday at 8.15am. The classes are ideal for beginners and are a great way to start and maintain your fitness journey.
