Chair yoga classes are a gentle activity for your body to stretch, tone, and strengthen. You can enjoy the class in a friendly relaxed environment and all the exercises can be done while you’re seated. You also gain a greater sense of wellbeing and body awareness through movement and breath. Join the class on Thursdays at 9.30am.
