This online Strength for Life exercise class helps you strengthen bones and muscles, and improves your balance to help you live life to the full. The class runs for one hour, with a ten minute guided meditation and relaxation at the end. It is held on Tuesday morning via Zoom, with a maximum of 15 participants. Bookings are essential.
