Join your local community gym and try a range of fitness classes for older people. Join 'movement to music' which is a light pace, low-impact class. You can also try a 'lite pace circuit' class for beginners who may have challenging medical or physical conditions. It is still a great workout for toning and fitness. It is a combination of weights, cardio, and floor work - all low or no impact. Or if you want to take it a little slower there's the 'super lite pace' class which uses low-impact moves at a lighter pace. Yoga, yoga therapy, and Pilates are also on offer so there's something for all fitness levels.
