Chair fitness is a GOLD event that's ideal for older people. It's a fun and effective class with exercises done in the comfort of a chair, so it's suitable for everyone. The class aims for a strong core, toning, suppleness, and improved balance and coordination. This helps to keep you flexible and strong to reduce falls. Classes are held at the Toowong Community Hall. Bring along your own exercise band. Bookings are essential.
