Join one of the yoga classes on offer including 60min and 45min Vinyasa yoga. You can warm up with an active yoga flow, stretch, and relax. You just need to bring your yoga mat and any props or borrow their equipment for your first few sessions. Or you can join the ChiBall 60 minute class featuring tai chi, dance, yoga, pilates, and relaxation. Bring your own yoga mat and ChiBall or borrow one at the centre for your first six sessions. ChiBall is a beautiful combination class with a background in Chinese medicine. There is Colour and Aromatherapy plus Movement, a class that suits men and women of all ages and abilities.
