Victims and Witnesses of Crime NSW

VWCCS is an organisation run by volunteers. Its role is to provide information and court support to people who have witnessed or been a victim of crime and need to attend court. VWCCS helps at a time when they are feeling vulnerable. VWCCS is always looking for compassionate and caring people to help others. Volunteering with VWCCS is a rewarding way to connect with the community and make a real difference. As a volunteer, you would work as Court Support Officers or Reception and Information Desk staff. Some volunteers also provide specialist skills in areas such as technology support and organisation management. You’ll get training and learn how the court system works. You can enjoy interacting with and guiding members of the public. You’ll also enjoy the company of the other volunteers who come from a variety of backgrounds. It's a great way to feel useful and get involved in the community.
