At Victoria Park Pool you can keep active and fit with land and water based fitness programs. Aquatic classes are a great way to improve your fitness. They're good fun and are easy on joints and injuries. Classes include Shallow Aqua. It's a shallow water exercise which uses the water's resistance to increase your endurance and strength. Or try GOLD Strength. It's a variety of exercises that will improve your strength and range of movement for daily living activities. There's also gentle yoga to build your strength and flexibility.
