Get active playing the unique, slower-paced form of soccer called Social Walking Football. It's perfect for both men and women over 50 who want to maintain an active lifestyle. It's suitable for all ages and abilities. It is held in a safe, fun, inclusive, and social environment. Games occur weekly and all ages are welcome. Join the Aspendale Gardens team every Sunday at 7pm. The cost is currently $5 a game or $4 with a Seniors or Carers Card.
