Walks for Carers Corio

Try walking in a group to keep fit and healthy, and meet other older people in the area. Walking has a wide range of health benefits and you can enjoy chatting and making friends along the way. Check the walk dates and times on the website provided for more information. Meet the group on the first Friday of each month at 12.45pm for 1pm walk and enjoy afternoon tea from 1.30pm.
