The Warringah Aquatic Centre offers a range of activities to help you to stay fit and healthy. You can join activities such as aqua aerobics, Pilates, and Active Seniors classes. Aqua aerobics is a fun low-impact way to improve your fitness, mobility, and flexibility. Pilates is a full body exercise that improves your core strength and flexibility. Active Seniors is a gentle water-based exercise program for older people. Or if you want to exercise at your own pace you can simply enjoy lap swimming to improve your fitness.
