Meditation helps to redirect your thoughts to calm your mind. Enjoy these Meditation for Wellbeing classes to meet like-minded people. The one hour classes are held at the Catholic Church Hall every Tuesday evening at 6.30. No previous experience is necessary. Chairs are provided, otherwise bring your own mat if you wish to lie down.
