Wellways VIC Maroondah Prevention and Recovery Care (PARC)

Wellways works with people who may feel isolated and left out due to mental health issues. If you have some spare time and you would like to give back to the community, consider volunteering. Wellways offers various roles for volunteers, and you will get training and support. You can share your experiences to create opportunities for inclusion and belonging. You can work on their Helpline or with their weekly community radio show, Brainwaves. You can volunteer for the social inclusion program helping with activities. You could also lend your skills to general volunteering. This can be in events, transport, admin, fundraising, and much more. It’s a wonderful way to stay active and connected to people. You’ll learn new things and meet people with similar interests and values.
