Join your local Italian Seniors’ Group to stay active and socialise with other older Italians in the area. It’s a wonderful way to meet people, make new friends, share ideas, and have a chat. There is often a range of games, crafts, interest groups, and light exercises on offer. Join the group on Wednesdays from 9.30am to 12.30pm to get out of the house and have some fun.
