Tai chi improves your strength, flexibility, and balance. It's thought to improve heart fitness, lower blood pressure, and prevent falls. It’s a great exercise for all ages and it can help if you have arthritis. Join your local friendly tai chi classes to get fit and meet other Chinese people in the region. Classes are held on the first Saturday of every month at Kingston Headquarters from 10am to 11am. Any fitness level, any ability welcome.
