Tai chi improves your strength, flexibility, and balance. It's thought to improve heart fitness, lower blood pressure, and prevent falls. It’s a great exercise for all ages and it can help if you have arthritis. Join your local friendly tai chi classes to get fit and meet other Chinese people in the region. Classes are held on Tuesday evenings at 6pm. Any fitness level, any ability welcome.
