Improve your fitness, strength, and flexibility with online fitness classes. You'll have fun exercising in your own home, online with other people. Classes are for any age, any level of fitness, any body shape or size. You can join classes like chair yoga and chair abs, where you will practise yoga or abdominal exercises sitting on a chair. There's also Buns n Guns, a floor exercise using bands, that strengthens your arms, glutes, and legs. There's something for all abilities and backgrounds. These classes are low-cost and run for approximately half an hour. Visit the website provided to see what classes are available as they can change.
