Go along to the Winton Pool, a new aquatic centre with three separate pools. The centre is open to everyone for lap swimming, swimming lessons, and aqua aerobics classes. Swimming is a great low-impact exercise for all ages. It helps to improve your all round fitness. Lane walking is a fantastic activity to build up your core strength. Or you can have some fun in the pool with a group aqua aerobics class. The classes are gentle on your joints and help improve your strength and fitness.
