Wintringham provides housing and care to elderly, frail men and women who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. If you have some spare time and would like to help the community, try volunteering at Wintringham. You can work in the recreation program to help the leisure lifestyles of older men and women from homeless backgrounds. This may be helping to run a Planned Activity Group or simply taking someone out for coffee. You’ll make a positive difference in people’s lives and create meaningful relationships. It’s a wonderful way to stay active, learn new skills, and make friends.
