Women of all ages and cultural backgrounds are welcome at the Women’s Yarning Healing Circle in Beaudesert. The Traditional Mununjali Elders yarning circle is about sharing stories while weaving mats that represent the past, present, and future. Women regularly get together and support one another through talking and creativity. There’s no specific format and everyone makes a circle mat. You can use rope, raffia, string, or wool. You can do quilting, you can crochet a circle, you can do whatever you want, and you can learn from each other.
