Woree Community Centre Steady Steps

Steady Steps is a gentle ten-week fall prevention program for older adults. It’s ideal if you may be at risk of falls in the home or community. Join the program to help improve your strength, balance, stability, and movement. Classes are on Mondays from 8.45am to 9.45am and a GP referral is needed.
