Try an Aqua class at the pool for great body toning exercises using water as resistance. The class is suitable for all levels of fitness. Aqua is ideal for older people as it is low-impact and is great for your heart health and overall fitness. Join the classes on Mondays and Wednesdays from 6pm to 7pm.
