Join the 60 and Better program to keep active and meet other older people in the community to socialise. You can join a monthly men’s lunch, dancing, craft and conversation, or playing cards to name a few activities. Or you can keep fit with gentle exercise, chair yoga, and aqua exercises in the pool. They are all great, low impact activities for older people to improve your fitness and strength.
