Yoga and Beyond offers a yoga, stretch, Pilates course on Monday and Tuesday morning. It is suitable for all experience levels and beginners are welcome. Yoga and Pilates are great, low-impact activities that improve your strength. It is also a good class for flexibility, balance, and for your mental wellbeing.
