Yoga at Warren Sporting and Cultural Centre
Get mobile with Wanna Yoga at the Warren Sporting and Cultural Centre. It is in the upstairs community room on Tuesdays and Saturdays, and Men's Yoga on Thursdays. Classes are a combination of Hatha, Flow, and Yin yoga. These gentle 75 minute classes aim to strengthen, tone, and stretch your whole body. It will leave you feeling relaxed and energised physically, mentally, and emotionally. You can also join a free gentle exercise class on Tuesdays for an hour.
