Yoga Conscious Movement Caloundra

Relax with some gentle movements designed to stretch, strengthen, and tone your body. Yoga is a wonderful exercise for older people as it’s low-impact and you can take it at your own pace. Yoga also relaxes your mind and promotes a greater sense of wellbeing. This class is held in a friendly relaxed space and you just need to bring along a yoga mat and water. Join the yoga group on Wednesdays at 4pm each week and Chair Yoga on Thursdays at 9.30am.
