The Yoga for Over 55 course is a gentle yoga class run over six weeks for people aged 55 and over. It helps to improve your strength and stability. It also focuses on correct breathing and balance. Let the teacher know about common weaknesses such as knee sensitivity, hip replacement, and joint pain or arthritis to ensure you are moving safely. Techniques to manage stress and anxiety are also offered. The aim is to improve inner peace and wellbeing. Classes run for 75 minutes and you just need to wear comfortable, loose clothing.
