You can join Gentle Chair Yoga - a chair yoga class suitable for people 70+ years of age with limited mobility. The class involves mainly seated poses with gentle movement and just a little standing. Or you can try Easy Chair Yoga using the chair just for balance. It’s great if your balance needs work, or you find it difficult to do regular exercise. If you are more flexible you can join the regular yoga classes ranging from Foundation Yoga to the higher levels of yoga. It’s a great way to improve your health in a safe space, with like-minded people.
