Yoga for Seniors is for people 60 and over. It follows the classical Iyengar Yoga method, adapted to meet the needs of seniors by using props and modifications. Special consideration is given to limited mobility and joint problems. Classes are ideal for complete beginners or if you have some experience. You will find it a supportive and caring environment.
