Enjoy a good stretch at yoga classes at Yoga With Jane. Yoga is a great, low-impact exercise for older people, and you can take it at your own pace. It helps to improve your flexibility, strength, movement, and balance. Classes are held on Mondays from 9am to 10am and 6pm to 7pm. Or you can go on Wednesdays from 9am to 10am and Thursdays from 5.30 to 6.30pm.
