Young at Heart

Young at Heart fitness program is a gentle exercise program run by accredited fitness trainers. The program helps with health issues such as weight, blood pressure, and cholesterol levels. It reduces the risk of falls, heart disease, diabetes, and stroke in older people. Classes run for 45 minutes with a warm-up, exercises, and light resistance training. The centre has ramp access and a warm water therapy pool for aqua classes. There are accessible amenities and picnic and barbeque areas.
