Tai chi is an ancient Chinese martial art. It is a moving meditation with a series of gentle exercises. The exercises are known to create harmony between the mind and body. Tai chi improves your strength, flexibility, and balance. It's thought to improve heart fitness, lower blood pressure and prevent falls. It can also help if you have arthritis. Join your local friendly tai chi classes on Tuesday afternoons at 1pm. Any fitness level and any ability are welcome.
