Olga's Zumba Gold is a group fitness class for older people. You can enjoy a fun and simple dance-fitness workout with low-impact, moderate-intensity moves to zesty Latin rhythms and other music from around the world. It's a great way to keep active and stay mobile and all ages, shapes, and fitness levels welcome. Join the class on Fridays from 9.15am to 10.15am.
