Zumba Gold Victor Harbor

Zumba Gold is for everyone and it's perfect for active older adults. It's a modified Zumba class that recreates the original moves you love, at a lower-intensity. It's easy to follow and the class focuses on balance, range of motion, and coordination. Bring along a towel and a water bottle and be ready to sweat. You should leave your class empowered and feeling strong.
